Measure your head
Wrap a soft tape measure around your head about 2 cm above your eyebrows and just over the tops of your ears. That's the widest point. Keep it level and snug, then drag the marker to your number.
No tape?
Wrap a charging cable or piece of string around your head, pinch where it meets, and lay it flat against a ruler.

When it arrives
- 01Cheek pads press lightly against your cheeks. That's correct.
- 02Shake your head. The helmet should move your skin with it, not slide over it.
- 03Wear it indoors for 10 minutes. No hot spots on your forehead or temples.
